ParkLife is a highly original and bold alternative mode of green communal living. It is a reinvention of the traditional Chinese building typology of the courtyard house which has been transformed into a high-density vertical equivalent in which privacy and ownership, as well as community and identity are guaranteed. Parcel 14 is used to showcase how this new model for high density residences can be created in harmonious symbioses with nature by turning the building itself into a beautiful.
