In this short workshop open to all AA-students we explored the potential of combining rapid prototyping technologies with algorithm-based architectural design processes. Following an introduction into both Maya MEL-programming and the rapid prototyping equipment at the AA’s Digital Prototyping Lab ways were sought to add procedural design methods into student’s studio projects.
